Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data the Tech Haven Studios website processes, why it is processed, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG).
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data described here is TechHaven Studios, trading as Tech Haven Studios, Not publicly listed (available on request). Privacy questions can be sent to techhavenstudios@gmail.com.
Tech Haven Studios is currently operated as an independent development project. Where a formal legal entity is registered, the details on the Company Information page apply.
What data we process
The website only processes data you actively provide or that is required to run the service:
- Account data — email address and a hashed password, or the account identifier and email supplied by Google, Apple or Microsoft if you sign in with one of those providers.
- Profile data — optional username and display name you choose.
- Community content — forum topics, comments and likes you post, linked to your account.
- MorrowAI usage — the prompts you send to the AI tools, and a token counter per account or per anonymous session used to enforce fair-use limits.
- Beta sign-ups — the email address you submit if you request beta build notifications.
- Technical data — server and platform logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure, and aggregated, non-personal download counters per release file.
We do not run advertising networks, marketing pixels, cross-site tracking or profiling.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Providing accounts and community features — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating the MorrowAI tools and enforcing usage limits — performance of a contract and legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Beta notification emails — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
- Security, abuse prevention and technical logging — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Session cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in — strictly necessary for a service you requested.
How long we keep it
- Account and profile data: until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
- Forum content: until you or an administrator delete it; deleting your account removes the link to your profile.
- MorrowAI usage counters: rolling windows of a few hours, then reset or overwritten.
- Beta sign-up emails: until you ask to be removed.
- Infrastructure logs: retained by our hosting providers for a limited period as part of their standard operations.
Service providers (processors)
The website relies on the following third parties to function:
- Lovable — application hosting and the managed backend (database, authentication, file storage) that stores accounts, forum content and release files.
- Supabase — the database, authentication and storage technology used by that managed backend.
- Lovable AI Gateway — routes MorrowAI chat and tool prompts to the underlying AI model providers so a response can be generated.
- Google, Apple and Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with one of those accounts, in which case the provider confirms your identity to us.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google's font servers, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Links to Discord, YouTube and GitHub are ordinary outbound links. Nothing is embedded from those services, so they receive no data until you click through.
International transfers
Some of these providers are established in, or process data in, the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request:
- access to the personal data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of, or objection to, processing based on legitimate interest;
- a portable copy of the data you provided;
- withdrawal of any consent you gave, without affecting prior processing.
Send requests to techhavenstudios@gmail.com. Much of this is also possible directly in your account page. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Children
The website is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be announced on the website.
