By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms are provided by TechHaven Studios, trading as Tech Haven Studios.

Some features — the forum, higher MorrowAI usage limits and your profile — require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or unlawful activity.

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its backend or other users' accounts;
• disrupt or overload the service, including automated scraping that degrades it;
• upload malware or intentionally harmful files;
• post unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringing content;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Tech Haven Studios;
• use the MorrowAI tools to generate unlawful content or to circumvent usage limits.

You keep ownership of what you post in the forum. By posting, you grant Tech Haven Studios a non-exclusive licence to display and store that content as part of operating the site. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Operating system images and other builds offered on the Downloads page are experimental software. Running them can affect your hardware, boot configuration or data. You use them at your own risk and are responsible for backups. Their use is governed by the Software License, not by these website terms.

MorrowAI output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and test any generated code before using it. Fair-use limits apply and may change. Do not submit confidential or personal data you would not want processed by an AI provider.

The Tech Haven Studios name, logo, website design, documentation and site content are owned by Tech Haven Studios unless stated otherwise. Software components are licensed under the terms set out on the Software License page, and third-party open-source components remain under their own licences.

The website and its services are provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. Features, builds and documentation may change or be withdrawn as development continues. Live service state is shown on the status page.

The site links to Discord, YouTube, GitHub and other external services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

The website and software are provided "as is", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer rights in the EU.

You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

These terms may be updated as the project develops. The revision date at the top of the page indicates the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands (mandatory consumer protection of your own country still applies), without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: techhavenstudios@gmail.com.
