Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid downloads on this website today. Nothing in this policy implies that a payment has been or can currently be made.

For paid digital downloads, EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right can lapse once download or streaming has begun, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. We would ask for that confirmation explicitly at checkout. Where it is not given, the 14-day right remains.

Subscriptions would be cancellable at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee. The 14-day withdrawal right would apply to a new subscription under the same conditions as above.

For services such as custom development or support, the 14-day withdrawal right applies unless you asked for the work to start sooner, in which case you would pay for the part already performed.

No physical products are sold. If any were offered in future, the standard 14-day return window from the day of delivery would apply, for goods in resalable condition.

Statutory conformity rights always apply. If a paid product does not work as described, you would be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, regardless of any withdrawal period.
